Hi, I’m Robert Trevino
For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a property. It is about helping people make confident decisions during an important season of life.
As a REALTOR® with JD Walters Real Estate, I serve homeowners, buyers and families throughout Central Texas. My primary focus is helping homeowners sell: setting the right price, preparing the home for the market, marketing it, negotiating, and seeing the contract all the way through to closing.
I also believe a good agent should be willing to tell you the truth, even when it is not what you expected to hear. You cannot make a good decision without good information.

I walk your home, study what has actually closed nearby, and give you a recommended range with the reasoning attached. No inflated number to win the listing.
A home ready for buyers
Not every repair pays for itself. I will tell you which ones matter for your property and price point, and which ones you can skip.
Marketing, negotiation and closing
Your home goes into the MLS and is marketed through JD Walters Real Estate. I negotiate the offers, manage the option period, repairs and appraisal, and keep you updated until you hand over the keys.

Each town has its own housing stock, its own buyers and its own quirks worth knowing before you list or make an offer.
Temple
Rail and medical town with the widest mix of housing in Bell County, from early 1900s homes near downtown to new building on the west side.
Belton
The county seat, with the historic courthouse square, the university, and Belton Lake close by.
Killeen
The largest city in the area, next to Fort Hood, with a broad range of homes and plenty of VA buyers.
Harker Heights
Newer neighborhoods on rolling ground between US 190 and Stillhouse Hollow Lake.
Salado
A historic village on Salado Creek, known for larger lots, acreage and custom homes.
Troy
Small-town Bell County on I-35 between Temple and Waco, with room to breathe and a short commute.
Gatesville
The Coryell County seat on the Leon River, with ranch land, established neighborhoods and a slower pace.
Nearby communities
